I have three upholstered barrel chairs in the living room. They are low (no reflections) and very comfortable. Mine are old and beat up but basically look like:

I have the Vals up on platforms I built and when leaned back in my recliner the horns are right at ear level. Turn the lights down and listen or snooze or both.
Also with the addition of my new TT I now can hear what I've been missing all these years.

I was sitting in one like that yesterday in Union station (D.C.) and was thinking it would make a nice listening chair. Low, but comfy.
